For the past 25 years Fabricated Structures Inc. has provided general contracting services to private owners and city/state agencies throughout Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Kentucky and other various states. To assure customers of the highest quality of a finished product, Fabricated Structures Inc. provides a complete package of General Contracting and Design-Build services; from budget pricing, preconstruction planning, design/engineering, project management, sub-contractor selection, field supervision, project documentation through project completion, start-up of mechanicals and turnover of owner close-outs. General Contracting services are for New Builds, Remodels and Tenant Build-outs.
Refrigeration
Fabricated Structures Inc. has been designing and installing warehouse/walk-in freezers and coolers refrigeration systems throughout Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky and other various states for 25 years. We have an outstanding reputation for complete customer service and project execution. Our attention to the customer's needs and requests has been our focal point of building our business with a customer base founded on repeat customers. As a design build contractor we will give the owner the project solutions that will keep long-term operating costs and energy savings in mind. Building & Site Management
Fabricated Structures Inc. has been performing building and site maintenance for the past 20 years with several multiple facility clients. We pride ourselves in taking care of all our client’s needs in a timely manner along with keeping job costs down to a minimum. Our maintenance technicians are highly skilled in all aspects of building and site maintenance so that we can self-perform a majority of the work that is requested by our clients so that we are not dependent on subcontractors. Communication is everything so that the client is aware of the status of maintenance request from start to finish.
