Safety is Fabricated Structures Inc.'s foundation of our core values that all of our owner's, managers and employees believe in. We strive to exceed requirements that have been set forth by OSHA and industry standards. The results have been highly effective and we have received several recognition's for our efforts.

Fabricated Structures Inc.'s safety program includes the following elements:
- Employee safety orientation and training
- Weekly jobsite "Tool Box" meetings documented
- Daily Jobsite Hazard Analysis documented
- 100% Hard Hat rule for all employees and jobsites
- CPR and first aid training for field employees
- Chain of command process for safety reporting
- Independent agency reviews and approves written safety policy
- Equipment training and inspection checklist for field employees
- OSHA 10 and 30 Hour course for field employees
- Periodic safety inspections by our in-house safety director
- Subcontractors written safety policies reviewed by Fabricated Structures Inc.
